We recommend that you don't use a mobile phone unless you absolutely have to. However we are also aware that it is becoming increasingly difficult to avoid them. This could be because you are required to carry one for work, or that you live in rented accomodation and can't have a landline installed. |
| If you absolutely have to use a mobile (cell) phone, we recommend using a BlocSock. They are made from a shielded material, and if the phone is placed in the "pocket", then it can still connect to the mast, but the layer of protection is between the phone and your head (see picture), thus keeping the amount of RF radiation you are exposed to dramatically down. | |
